AT&T, INC., Atlanta, GA 2011 – 2015

Senior Business Manager, National Infrastructure Program Management Office (IPMO)

Act as primary liaison between AT&T and customer senior executives, managing interactions including client initiatives of operations, expansions, new business, and process improvements. Planned and delivered high-impact training to 300+ program and project managers, covering the assessment process and how to create handoff packages. Functioned as consultant and subject matter expert for the assessment process, providing guidance to clients on how to create artifacts and how to prepare/ present programs to their area managers.
